We sourced out an aluminum headed 415hp 383” small block chevy and transplanted it into this Boulevard Cruiser. After that came the job of dialing in the twin Holley 4 Barrels on the tunnel ram. After some time on the dyno and swapping jets we had it purrrrrirng like a kitten and lumping at an idle.
